I’m a full time university student with dreams of opening my own bakery one day.

Baking is one of the loves of my life. It makes my bad days good and my goods days even better.

I also love baking with my friends. It makes good bonding time. It even shows in the cakes that we bake. It’s a smiley face…in case you couldn’t tell.

My love for baking started back in high school when I would bake a cake for all my friends’ birthdays.

People seemed to really like receiving their own personalized cake on their birthday and I fell in love with the idea of being able to share something sweet with people.

I am no professional baker.  I have many kitchen flops, as many as a one every couple of weeks! I may even show you some flops. The less ugly and embarrassing ones.

This blog is not exclusively about baking. I also cook. Sometimes.

But in most of the entries you will see my trials and errors in baking, my attempts at decorating, my amateur skills in photography, my bad writing skills and hopefully even my improvements in all these areas.
